I’m Grace MINGIEDI. Executive Assistant and Webmaster at Haemers Technologies. At first, I applied to be Executive Assistant. But Jan Haemers, the CEO, saw that I had experience in coding. So I’m taking care of the company’s website. And I’m also his assistant. I applied here because I’m an environmentalist. I tried to be. At 100%. Not yet there but almost. I choose to applied at Haemers Technologies because they’re related to the environment. It was a good way to enter this field of work : The depollution of soil, we’re making the soil cleaner. It’s a great benefit. It’s nice to have the feeling to participate in something. One of the advantage we have in this company is that we have really good relationship between colleagues. Everytime there’s a new person, there’s always this connection. This person feel systematically comfortable. When I arrived here, we were only ten peoples. So I arrived when it was still the little team. And along the way, new people came and everytime we keep this cohesion. So we have a really good atmosphere. It’s a little bit like a family company. I love working here, I get on with everyone. Which is something I think. It’s rare. Not everybody has this chance to work in a company where you get along with everyone. and this is what I like here. So I have no problem in the morning to come working. And professionally we collaborate really well. And if you have a problem, there’s always someone to help you. If you’re stuck on something you can always ask a colleague. And that’s the Haemers’s spirit that I like. It’s in the company’s DNA. And I hope it will stay like this. My tasks at Haemers Technologies. I’m going to start by the IT side, it’s easier. I take care of the website with Charlyne. She’s the Creative & Community Manager. We take care of the website together. I do the back-end. And she takes care of the design, layout. We keep it updated. We try to always make the website evolve. After that, I do the admnistrative work. The communication with the partners, the incoming and outgoing mails. As I’m Jan Haemers’s assistant, all of my tasks are related to the direction. And beside that I do some trading too. It means that when someone contact us to depollute his soil, I open the opportunity on our CRM. To give the reference to the engineers, I decide with them who’s going to work on that project. And I do a technical offer. Then I do the link with Jan so he can do the commercial offer. That’s what I do, in brief. When I arrived, I was only doing the administrative and IT work. And now I do a little bit of everything. Full-stack employee. Only developpers will understand.
