The address grabber is the main function to capture address and contact data in snapADDY Grabber. It enables the software to extract address data from emails, signatures, contact pages pages and more applications to predefined contact fields in snapADDY Grabber. Let’s imagine that you want to capture a new email contact. To create a new contact from an email signature in outlook simply mark the signature and click “Grab address”. Now snapADDY Grabber pops up – the software tries to sort the recognized data to the provided fields. Now we are visiting a website with an imprint/contact page with our browser. We can mark the contact page and grab the address data by making a right click or using the shortcut STRG+C+C. To gather address data from any source you can also use the clipboard. Copy the address data to the clipboard and paste it to the provided field. Using this workflow, you can extract address data from Word, Excel, PDF and more applications, in order to enrich it with further functions of snapADDY Grabber.
